  I wish I could warn everyone in Cincinnati to avoid this place. From the billing, to the front desk, to the nurses...the entire practice is rude. My husband actually used the work "arrogant" to describe them. They are not client/patient centric, whatsoever. I saw Dr. Neranderan and I guess as long as you don't have any issues she's "fine", but don't expect her to call you back or go out of her way for you as a patient. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, i received that call from a nurse along with a bunch of orders for testing supplies and classes. My numbers were really low (on the spectrum of the scale), so I said before I buy all of this stuff and pay for these diabetes education classes I have a few questions, and asked that the doctor call me. 12 hours later I received a call back from a nurse "On behalf of Dr. Neranderan", stating the doctor said I could ask my questions through the nurse or schedule an appt. I reiterated that I asked for the doctor to call me back, and that I shouldn't have to schedule an appt to ask a few questions regarding test results I feel like I should have received from the doctor in the first place! The nurse got snippy with me, said she would leave a note, a couple hours later I once again received a call from a nurse--not the doctor. Let me be clear that I was FAR from a "problem" patient. I was having a very normal, healthy pregnancy. I had never called, not even once, prior to this asking for the doctor to call me. This is my 2nd pregnancy, and the service level all around, not to mention the carelessness of the doctor for her patients, is no comparison to the care I received the first time around (which was out of state or I would have gone back!). So here I am 27 weeks pregnant trying to find a new doctor. Not an ideal situation, but I refuse to be treated like this. I don't trust them AT ALL. They're a baby factory and anyway they can make money from you they will. And beware of their billing--it's borderline a scam/illegal. My husband had it out with them over their billing practices. **I started off seeing Dr. Johnson, who I liked. I only switched because Dr. Neranderan tended to be at the Liberty location on days that were more convenient for me. I would have considered going back to Johnson if I wasn't disappointed in this practice all around. Find a small practice that respects and cares for their patients. Here, you are merely a number.
